Throughout the year, the evergreen vegetation colours the environment with different shades of green, giving guests a marvellous sight in every season and instilling a feeling of vitality and positivity. Our garden includes over 70 olive trees of 7 different varieties and it is possible to admire the majesty of various trees: secular oak, agave, horse chestnut and secular pine.
Just to emphasise your experience in a mediterranean landscape, you will also find fragrant aromatic herbs, such as sagebrush and rosemary, that you can also pick and use for your recipes.
We also have fruit trees, so that our guest can experience simplicity during their holiday and live the tradition of rural environments: apples, two varieties of pear, Ferrovia cherries, figs, medlars, white and red mulberries and also nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios.
Health fanatics will also find a plant of aloe vera that they can use for several purposes, in order to enjoy its well-known healthy properties.
