It is not a coincidence that our structure is surrounded by nature, in the heart of Itria Valley. We chose this location because we love nature and we appreciate the wonders it offers, and we want to give our guests the chance to spend wonderful days in contact with this marvel, in our holiday apartments in Ostuni.
Staring at the horizon will be enough to realise how rich and dense the vegetation is and to understand that nature is a true miracle, a treasure to protect and defend at all costs.
Just to respect and safeguard the beauty of this extraordinary rural environment, we decided to set up a self-sufficient structure, where we use organic products, as well as local products, that we realise from raw materials that are natural, safe and healthy.
You can see with your own eyes what is our philosophy: you simply have to walk throughout our garden to find trees laden with excellent fruits, nuts and aromatic herbs.
We also do our best to protect the environment paying attention to energy issues. That’s why our structure is equipped with solar panels, which allows us to produce a part of the energy we consume in a clean way and with a limited impact on the environment.

Finally, we are setting up an organic shop, to give our guests the possibility to purchase typical and healthy products.
